Holley, Bishop Emeritus of Memphis. At this retreat, parishioners and guests will come together for the scheduled Mass, exposition, short reflections on St. Joseph, quiet meditations and Benediction. Wednesday through Friday, the retreat will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will end at 7:30 p.m. CT. Saturday will start with 4:00 p.m. Mass, followed by exposition, short reflections on St. Joseph, quiet meditation and Benediction. Memorial Day Mass MAY 31, 2021 - 10:00AM Location: Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel 1300 E Hayes St, Pensacola, FL 32503 Most Reverend William Wack, CSC , will celebrate a memorial Mass for the dead at Holy Cross Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel on Memorial Day. On June 3, 2021 Father Nicholas Schumm will be celebrating his 15th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood. In honor of the day, there will be a Mass at 6:00 PM followed by a potluck dinner in the Parish Hall. The Parish will provide fried chicken and cake for the event, and everyone is encouraged to bring side dishes and/or drinks to share. MOREFEST 2021 We are happy to announce the return of our annual MoreFest to Saint Thomas More Parish on Saturday, June 19th . Please come for an evening of music, fellowship, and fun! This year, MoreFest will be a “Bring Your Own Food” event, with the parish providing desserts and water. At the Visitation, Elizabeth said to Mary: Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled. When we think of Mary, we recognize that she is indeed blessed, not only because she was the Mother of Jesus, but because she believed the Lord’s words. She believed with all her heart and said “yes” to become the Mother of the Messiah and Son of God. She allowed herself to be led by God’s grace throughout her life, a life rooted in a deep faith in God. This May, let’s allow ourselves to model our faith after the faith and example of our Blessed Mother, who was the first and most faithful disciple of Jesus! MASK REQUIREMENT FOR THE 4:00 PM MASS Masks will be mandatory for the 4:00 PM Saturday Evening Mass beginning January 16, 2021. Masks will be required for the duration of the 4:00 PM Mass. This is to ensure that all people feel safe and have a Mass they feel comfortable attending.
